Apply Jack Daniel's Chicken Rub liberally, but evenly to any cut of poultry until the entire surface is coated. Immediately place on to a prepared grill or smoker. Cooking times and temperatures vary based on the size of the meat. Always make sure the item is cooked all the way through reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
Ingredients: Salt, sugar, paprika, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices including chili pepper, and silicon dioxide (anti-caking).
