Corn grits make a delicious cereal served with milk and honey. But when we have company at our house I like to serve grits as a side dish with sunny-side-up eggs for breakfast. Put a generous pat of butter on the grits and sort-of-mix grits and eggs together as you eat. M-M-M-M good! If you're in the mood for traditional simple Italian food, polenta is a good choice.
