Carl's Gourmet All Natural Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning, 13 oz (369g)

This is a terrific rub for prime rib, steaks, and tri tip.
I coat the meat with this rub, vacuum seal it, and freeze it.

You can then thaw and cook via preferred method, for a wonderfully flavorful meat that will receive complements from family & guests.

This is also a terrific rub to use on meats that you vacuum seal, freeze, and cook in a sous vide - searing at the very end (sufficient to ensure a Maillard reaction).

Such good rub we keep buying it when we run out. Somewhat difficult to find, though.

I love this seasoning! I have been using it for years from everything from meat to gravy. The flavors are amazing.

This seasoning has become a must have, I use it on all meat and have shared with my family. I had been able to buy this at my local Raleys store but they no longer carry it. I was so happy and relieved o find your website as running out is not an option for me. i ordered two containers so I could give one to my daughter and one for me which should last me a long time.
