Terre Exotique’s gingerbread spice blend gives a gentle warmth to biscuits, cakes and fruit tarts. It’s excellent used to make homemade gingerbread; however, you can also use it in cream sauces for pan-fried fish, as a dry rub for lamb, or stir through custard mixes to make a spiced ice cream to serve with apple tarts.
Ingredients: cinnamon (Madagascar), green anise, fennel, coriander, ginger, clove, green cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper.
